Halva cookies enriched with toasted almonds to add an extra crunch to every bite!

Ingredients

  • 125 gr all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg (set aside some egg white for glazing)
  • 50 gr Sesames halva
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 2-3 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

Sift the flour, add the egg, sugar, and halva, and mix everything well. Once the ingredients are well combined, form a compact roll and brush the surface with the reserved egg white.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into slices about 2.5 cm thick; bake again until the cookies reach the desired crunchiness.
