This creamy tahini pasta with lemon and garlic will add an original touch to Italian tradition! Tahini with the addition of garlic is a winning combination, and the lemon adds a perfect freshness.


  • 1 cup of Sesames tahini
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • From 1/2 to 1 cup of water
  • 450 gr of pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley, lemon zest, and black pepper for garnish (optional)


Mix the tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt; add water until the sauce becomes a creamy paste.

In a skillet, sauté the minced garlic with olive oil, and after a few seconds, add the sauce to heat it up.

Cook the pasta and once cooked, toss it in the skillet to coat it with the sauce. If necessary, add some cooking water to better amalgamate. Serve on a serving plate garnished with parsley, freshly ground black pepper, and lemon zest.
